Is there a setup fee?

No. Onboarding is included. We need about two weeks to get fully operational — software access, workflow review, insurance contract audit. No charge for that.

How is the price set?

You pick the services you want, and your flat monthly rate is scoped to those services and your volume at onboarding — agreed upfront, no percentage of collections and no per-claim charge. The calculator on this page gives an approximate range; we confirm the exact number on a call.

What happens if my volume grows?

Your flat monthly rate is scoped to what you bring on at onboarding. If your volume grows consistently, we bring it back to you with the numbers and adjust the scope together — never a surprise mid-contract change.

Do you offer multi-location pricing?

Yes. Multi-location groups are scoped across all sites as one engagement, priced on the combined scope rather than per location. Contact us for a specific quote.

What if my practice is small — is this worth it?

Our minimum engagement is $750/month, so smaller offices can start too. À la carte means you can begin with just the piece you need most — verification, billing, or front desk — and add the rest later. If the math doesn't work for you, we'll say so on the first call.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. 30 days written notice. No penalties, no clawbacks, no early-termination fees.

Is credentialing included?

Credentialing is scoped separately from the plans on this page — tell us which providers and payers you need handled and we'll price it on a call.
