In 2017, Kishore Peravali was a technical cloud architect. His wife, Dr. Karuna Peravali, was opening her dental practice in Frisco, Texas. The front office needed running — credentialing, insurance verifications, scheduling, billing, AR. So Kishore stepped in. He had no dental background. He learned by doing.
He built the workflows from scratch. Pre-visit planning systems. Audit checklists. A daily structure that caught errors before they became denials. He treated the practice like an engineering problem: standardize the inputs, eliminate failure points, audit the outputs. Over time, the practice's operations became a model — and other dentists started asking for help.
In April 2025, after enough requests, he started ZenHub. Every workflow, every checklist, and every system we use today was pressure-tested inside a live practice before being offered to anyone else. That's not a marketing claim — it's how the company started.
