About/Team Model

How we're structured

One contact. A whole team behind them.

You get one person to talk to — a dedicated channel manager — and a full team of specialists behind them. The channel manager routes every task to the right specialist, keeps the quality bar, and answers for getting the work done. One point of contact, a whole operation behind it.

How the work flows

One point of contact. The whole team behind them.

One channel manager routes your practice's work to a specialist team

You never chase who's doing what. You talk to your channel manager — everything else runs behind them.

One contact

You talk to one person, not a pool.

Routes the work

Each task goes to the specialist who does it all day.

Owns the result

They hold the quality bar and answer for delivery.

Channel manager

Your single point of contact. Routes work across the specialist pool, monitors quality, attends weekly check-ins with your office.

Specialist pool

Multiple trained specialists — verification, billing, AR, scheduling — each handling tasks matched to their expertise.

Coverage continuity

When one specialist is out, the pool covers. Your practice never feels individual absences.

Security & compliance

HIPAA-compliant. Transparent about how.

A layered security architecture — physical controls in the office, technical controls on every network connection, and a compliance framework that matches how healthcare data should be handled.

Layer 1 · Physical controls

Secured office environment

  • Clean desk policy — no PHI visible when unattended
  • All personal electronics secured in lockers at start of shift
  • Work conducted only on office-issued, managed devices
  • Physical access to the office is restricted and logged
Layer 2 · Technical controls

Network-level access restriction

  • IP whitelisting enforced at the network / firewall level
  • Cloud PMS platforms accessible only from the office network — never personal devices
  • No remote or personal-device access to patient systems
  • Encrypted communications for all client data channels
Layer 3 · Compliance

HIPAA & SOC 2 standards

  • Every team member HIPAA-trained before working on any account
  • Operations run to SOC 2 standards for security, availability, and confidentiality
  • Business Associate Agreement (BAA) signed with every client
  • Annual security training and policy acknowledgement required
Your patient data stays in your systems

We work inside your PMS using your own login credentials and access controls. We don't extract, store, or transmit PHI outside of your practice's own platforms. If we leave, the data stays exactly where it always was — with you.

Ask us anything about this

The structure holds up under questioning.

Bring your compliance questions, your office manager, or your IT person to the first call. We'd rather answer hard questions on day one than have doubts linger.
