Founder

Kishore Peravali

He didn't learn dental revenue cycle from a manual. He learned it at the front desk of a real practice — calling payers, building credentialing files, and working aging reports until the workflow was tight enough to hand to a team.

The origin

Built inside a real practice.

ZenHub started in his wife's dental office — Dr. Karuna Peravali's practice, White Lotus Dental in Frisco, Texas. It's a relationship we disclose openly, and it's the reason the methodology is grounded in real front-desk work rather than theory. Every workflow ZenHub runs today — pre-visit verification, same-day claim submission, daily AR follow-up, and pushed-weekly credentialing — was pressure-tested there before it was offered to anyone else.

What began as one person fixing one practice's revenue cycle became a repeatable system: a dedicated channel manager as the single point of contact, with a pool of specialists behind them, each trained on one part of the work. That structure is what lets a practice get a full front-office team for less than the cost of one in-house hire.

"I learned this work by doing it — sitting at the front desk of my wife's practice, calling payers, building credentialing files, working aging reports. ZenHub is that methodology, with a team behind it."
